Tom Caulfield is the Co-Founder & CEO of Dose, a startup backed by the likes of Notion, Fred Destin, Haatch & Dan Oros.
Dose is an online marketplace that makes it easy for talented professionals to productise & monetise their skills, knowledge & experience, by connecting them with businesses to deliver 30 minute virtual doses of inspiration & learning. Founders Tom & James, have been working together for over a decade. From the student programme of Red Bull, to becoming professional adventurers, speakers & coaches. They as a founding team are the personification of resilience.
Although Tom may not have a PhD from Stanford, an internship with Google or Facebook, he has endured two months alone at sea, 3 days vertical on El Capitan, and has been an entrepreneur for the past 6 years. This Dose will guide you through the story up until now, and the vision of Dose, giving you a front row seat into what will be an industry defining brand.

You submit your team's business challenges here. Dose will then curate and propose a bespoke advisory board specifically to solve those business challenges. We surround your people with hyper-relevant experts to deliver advice and strategy to solve your problems. You can select either a 6-month or 12-month program.
A Dose is a live 30-minute session with a Pioneer. A rich discussion centred around your specific business challenge. It is a facilitated conversation that delivers real-life, actionable advice. A Dose is not a keynote.
Dose runs on a one-session-per-month cadence. Prior to the Dose, we work with you to get context and follow up with 1:1 Pioneer messaging to ensure maximum value.
$500 per user, per month. Minimum of 20 users.
All of our Pioneers are world-class experts and operators, vetted for their specific experience. They have been there, done it, and they still are active. Our Pioneers are not consultants or academics. They are living it, facing challenges similar to you on a daily basis.
